2019 has started well for all the bookworms as the World Book Fair is back in Delhi! So quickly save your dates for the book fair! It begins on 5th of January and will go on till 13th January and the timings will be from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Pragati Maidan, Delhi.
The world book fair is an annual event and every year it is organized by the National Book Trust of India Ministry of Human Resource Development (Govt. Of India) and the co-organizers are Trade Promotion Organization Ministry of Commerce, at Pragati Maidan, Delhi. The guest of honor country this year is “Sharjah.”
Like every year this year’s book fair has a theme and for this year the theme is “Readers with special needs.” This year they will be focusing on the needs of differently-abled individuals with the aim to project inclusive learning.
The world book fair will feature different kinds of books like educational books, teaching books, professional books, university books, college books, school books, entertainment books and a lot more.
Also, there will be a children pavilion where different activities like skits, dramas, street plays, storytelling, workshops, etc. will be organized for the children to make them aware of the advantages of reading and to develop a reading habit in them.

There will be no entry charges.
