- DUDHASAGAR FALLS (Milky Waterfall)
Located on the Mandovi River on the border of Goa & Karnataka Dudhasagar falls is a 4-tiered waterfall. It is amongst India’s tallest waterfalls. With a height of 310m (1017 feet approx), Dudhasagar falls is 60km from Panaji by road.
This fall is located on the western ghats in the Bhagwan Mahaveer Sanctuary & Mollem National Park. This waterfall forms a border between the states Goa & Karnataka. The entire area is surrounded with beautiful deciduous forests and rich biodiversity.
It looks mesmerizingly beautiful during monsoon season!
- Athirapilly Waterfalls
Situated in the Thrissur district of Kerala, Athirapilly falls originates from the Western ghats and is situated on the Chalakudy River. This is the largest waterfall in Kerala. It is 80 ft. tall.
The Athirapilly falls is also famous as the “Niagra Falls of India.”

Jog falls or Joga falls is India’s 2nd tallest waterfall ( 1st being the Nohakalikai falls in Meghalaya). It is located in the Shimoga district of Karnataka.
Jog falls is a segmented waterfall and is created by the Sharavathi river. Jog falls is surrounded by lush green forests. You can hike down to the base and take a plunge into the river for swimming. And the nearby area makes for a perfect trekking spot.

- BHIMLAT FALLS
Bhimlat falls is an an oasis in the land of desert, Rajasthan. Located in Bundi, Bhimalt waterfalls is a great weekend getaway.
You will have to drive your way to this splendid waterfall by crossing the longest tunnel of Rajasthan as it is at a distance of 206 km from Jaipur.
Historic significance –
According to locals, Bhimlat falls was created by Bhim to quench the thirst of Pandavas while on Vanvas.
- SOOCHIPPARA FALLS
Soochippara falls is also known as ‘Sentinel Rock Waterfalls” is situated in Wayanad in Kerala. It is a 3-tiered waterfall Vellarimala district. It is surrounded by beautiful deciduous , evergreen & montane forests.
It is 200 m high (656 feet) and offers a cliff face that is used for rock climbing.
So this place is ideal for rock climbing and a perfect place to sneak out with your gang!
